Getting To Know Our Awesome New Orthodontic Clinical Technician, Shannon

WE’RE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE we’ve added a new team member to our Mori Ortho Family!

So, We Asked Shannon A Few Questions

We asked Shannon a few questions to help you get to know her a little better. Those questions are found below—along with her candid answers! Enjoy!

Where are you originally from?

“I’m originally from the Dayton area but more specifically I grew up in a very small town in Preble County called West Alexandria.”

What made you decide that you wanted to become an orthodontic clinical technician?

“I’m happiest when I can do something creative and I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands, so anytime I can design or craft something, decorate or even plant flowers, I’m having a great time! When thinking about a career, I really wanted to have a job that allowed me to use my creative and hands on skills and Orthodontics does just that.”

What do you enjoy most about being an orthodontic clinical technician?

“I really enjoy meeting patients and getting to know them and their families but most importantly, I love seeing the transformations that happen on a daily basis for patients and feeling apart of that success.”

Do you have an unusual or interesting hobby?

“I started dancing and doing gymnastics at the age of 4 yrs. old. and I still try to dance and flip around with my daughter so that I can share my passion with her.”

We hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know Shannon a little better. Here at our practice we feel really fortunate to have her as a member of our awesome team.
